Expert Troubleshooting

Scientific explanations and research-based solutions for common tempered glass questions.

! Fingerprint not recognized Allow 24 hrs to cure → re-register fingerprint

Fingerprint Sensor Issues Critical

Solution: Allow the screen protector to settle for 24 hours. This curing time is necessary for the adhesive to fully bond and for microscopic air pockets to dissipate.

After 24 hours, delete your old fingerprint profiles and re-register them. This recalibrates the sensor to the new surface depth.

The Science: Ultrasonic sensors rely on acoustic waves. Fresh adhesive acts as a dampener until it fully cures, creating a seamless acoustic bridge between the glass and the screen.
Push to edge · Disappear in 24–48 hrs

Air Bubbles

Bubbles occur when dust is trapped or air doesn't escape during application. Most small bubbles will disappear within 24–48 hours as the adhesive settles naturally.

Fix: Use your thumb to push the bubble towards the nearest edge. If it refuses to move, gently lift the glass slightly from the nearest corner until the air releases, then let it fall back into place.

Tempered Glass Case-Friendly gap — deliberate design ✓

Glass Sizing & "Case Friendly" Fit

You may notice the glass is slightly smaller than your phone's screen. This is a deliberate design choice, not a defect.

Design Logic: Modern phone cases have raised lips that wrap around screen edges. If the glass reached 100% to the edge, the case would push against it — causing lifting and bubbles. Our gap ensures compatibility with all major cases that do not have extra thick mobile front protection. brands.
Glass absorbed impact ✓ — Screen survived ✓

Why Did The Glass Break?

Tempered glass is designed as a sacrificial layer. Its sole job is to absorb the kinetic energy of an impact so your expensive phone screen doesn't have to.

Physics of Protection: On impact, the tempered glass shatters to disperse the shockwave laterally (sideways), preventing force from traveling vertically into your phone's display. If the protector breaks but your screen survives — the physics worked perfectly.
